Jamie Reed, aka Fury, is a female star on the ever popular American Gladiators show.

Fury currently lives in the NYC area and included in her busy work out, competition and American Gladiator life, she is also a full time as a structural engineer. 

Jamie Reed is not only a physically strong person but mentally strong as well. She graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Structural Engineering and a Master’s of Engineering in Management. 

When Fury was attending Cornell, she was on the Varsity Softball team and she also competed in the pole vault for the Varsity Track team. Jamie received an Ivy League Championship in each sport. 

Fury says that she has been an athlete her entire life, beginning in 3rd grade when she joined her first softball team! While in high school Jamie Reed played Varsity Softball, Volleyball, and even the Swim Team. With her dedication Fury overcame the fear of putting her face in the water when she first began with the swim team managed to make it to the State competition a year later as an alternate for the relay team.

Jamie Reed, aka Fury, began her weight lifting career in her junior year in high school. She started competing in a few power lifting competitions but hadn’t yet begun her transition into figure competitions.

After graduating high school Fury continued training in the gym, but not really having a goal in mind, she became frustrated. Then she was introduced to the Figure Competitions. The new found thrill of competing, the challenge of pushing herself beyond her expectations and having a goal again to work towards in the gym, was just the boost that Jamie Reed needed. 

Following this new found desire Fury began competing in the figure completions and getting noticed. She eventually auditioned for the American Gladiators and was selected to be on the show.

Jamie enjoys most sports including; working out, mountain biking, camping, snowboarding, windsurfing and others. She loves to spend time with her family and loves to turn anything into a competition.

Fury’s fame and status in the completion world continues to grow and develop as well as stacking up the fans from American Gladiators.
