Simone Baptiste is said to be a video kitten. Simone Baptiste has appeared in virtually all the ‘R’ rated videos that R. Kelly has shot in the town she grew up in, Chicago, in a two year time frame. Simone Baptiste has also appeared in clips for Bobby Valentino and Twista.

Simone Baptiste’s modeling career isn’t limited to hip-hop and R&B modeling however. She is also appearing in print. Simone Baptiste sent her photos into Maxim’s Hometown Honeys Hotties contest and was picked as a top-10 finisher. Simone Baptiste says that she was the only black girl in that contest.

Simone Baptiste feels that men should approach her and that she does not do the aggressing. She says “I’ve never been the type to approach anybody and would never take the initiative”.

Simone Baptiste earned a degree in child psychology while also modeling and acting. She hopes to become a successful model/actress and one day have her own business.
